The Civil War reenactment in Huntington Beach, California, was an exciting event. The weather cooperated nicely with comfortable temperatures in the 70's, so it made running around the battlefield in wool uniforms easier for the reenactors. The setting was lovely and made photographing much more enjoyable with the tree lined battlefield and camps. The battles were thrilling to watch with the guns firing and canons exploding with huge bangs, but for me I think I enjoyed photographing the individual people the most. Take a moment to go through the images and enjoy!
